- Using the online registration form attached below, fill in your information as well as your company’s information.
- After submitting your registration, you will receive a PRELIMINARY e-mail confirmation.
- We will send you an advance invoice based on the information filled in online.
- The price will be invoiced in CZK. If paid in other currency, the amount will be equal
to the exchange rate of the date of taxation.
- Registration will be finalized once we receive your payment.
- Once the payment is received, you will be sent a FINAL e-mail confirmation of your registration
as well as all tax/VAT documentation and your final invoice.
- Sign in at the registration counter on the day of the conference to receive your conference file.
- Deadline for the registration is extended till January 29th, 2010.

Cancellations:
Only written cancellations will be accepted. There will be no cancellation fees prior to
January 25th, 2010. Cancellations after January 25th, 2010 will be subjected to a fee
of 25% of the registration fee.
Fees for last minute cancellations (the day before the conference or latest on the conference day) will be 50% of the registration fee. After this date the cancellation fees will be 100%.
Conference fee:
The conference fee for the full 2 days conference program is 14.900, CZK (+20% VAT) per participant, for a total of 17.880,- CZK.
The conference fee for just one day of the conference program is 10.000,- CZK (+20% VAT) per participant, for a total of 12.000,- CZK.

Volume package discount
The conference fee
for 5 and more participants from one company for the full 2 days conference program with 6.000,- CZK discount is
8.900,- CZK (+20% VAT), for a total of 10.680,- CZK per person. Volume package discount is offered also to individual members of shopping alliances.
VERY Early bird discounts
„Very Early Bird“ participants who register and pay by
November 30th, 2009 will receive 5.000,- CZK discount and will be charged
9.900,- CZK (+19% VAT), for a total of 11.781,- CZK per person for the full 2 days conference program.
Early bird discounts
„Early Bird“ participants who register and pay by
December 31st, 2009 will
receive 4.000,- CZK discount and will be charged
10.900,- CZK (+19% VAT), for a total of
12.971,- CZK per person for the full 2 days conference program.
Discount for SOCR ČR members
SOCR ČR members will receive 4.000,- CZK discount and will be charged
10.900,- CZK
(+20% VAT), for a total of 13.080,- CZK per person for the full 2 days conference program.
The discounts cannot be combined.
