Registration

HOW TO REGISTER?

1. Fill in the registration form specifying the character and range of your participation, your personal data and company information.
2. After submitting your registration via e-mail you will receive an automatic PRELIMINARY confirmation that our system has recorded your registration.
3. If you are a paying participant you will then receive advanced invoice via e-mail. At this moment your registration is BINDING.
4. Participation fee specified in the advanced invoice must be paid (charged on our account) on the FOURTH BUSINESS DAY before the conference the latest. If you are using the “Early Birds” discount the due date of the fee is specified in the advanced invoice. The amount of participation fee is invoiced in CZK. If paid in other currency, the amount will be equal to the exchange rate on the date of conversion.
5. If the participation fee is not paid by the specified date, the registration will be considered as cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee according to the Cancellation Conditions (see below).
6. If the registration fee is sent 3 or less days before the conference it will be necessary to prove payment of the participation fee by displaying the written confirmation of the payment at the registration desk at the conference.
7. The participation fee is to be paid via bank transfer. In urgent cases, for registrations sent 3 and less days before the conference it is possible to make payment at the registration desk at the conference, but only after prior telephone agreement.
8. After receiving your payment we will send you a final invoice via mail.
9. Please come to the conference early before the beginning of the program (in the time specified for participants’ registration in the program). At the registration desk you will receive your conference badge and other materials.
10. Deadline for registration is January 13th, 2012.

Conference fee

The conference fee for the full 2 days conference program is 16.500,- CZK (+20 % VAT) per participant, for a total of 19.800,- CZK.
The conference fee for just one day of the conference program is 12.500,- CZK (+20 % VAT) per participant, for a total of 15.000,- CZK.

Discounts:

Volume package discount
The conference fee for 5 and more participants from one company for the full 2 days conference program with 5.600,- CZK discount is 10.900,- CZK (+20% VAT), for a total of 13.080,- CZK per person. Volume package discount is offered also to individual members of shopping alliances.

VERY Early Birds discount
„Very Early Birds“ participants who register and pay by November 30th, 2011 will receive 4.600,- CZK discount and will be charged 11.900,- CZK (+20% VAT), for a total of 14.280,- CZK per person for the full 2 days conference program.

Early Birds discount
„Early Birds“ participants who register and pay by December 31st, 2011 will receive 3.000,- CZK discount and will be charged 13.500,- CZK (+20 % VAT), for a total of 16.200,- CZK per person for the full 2 days conference program.

Discount for SOCR ČR members
SOCR ČR members will receive 3.000,- CZK discount and will be charged 13.500,- CZK (+20% VAT), for a total of 16.200,- CZK per person for the full 2 days conference program.

The discounts cannot be combined.

Accommodation

The fee includes:

• Conference File
• Meals specified in the program
• Participation in the gala evening on January 31st, 2012

The fee does not include:

• Parking or accommodation costs
